We aim to make our booking process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please take a moment to read our booking and refund terms before making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date.
- If you need to cancel or amend your booking, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer the pitch to another guest.
- We strongly recommend taking out holiday insurance to cover cancellations, personal injury, or loss of property during your stay.
Please note that your deposit is paid directly to Pitchup.com and is non‑refundable.
Deposits & Payments
- A 15% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be taken from your card 7 days before arrival.
- If your arrival date is within 7 days of booking, the full balance will be taken immediately.
- You may also choose to pay the full balance at the time of booking or at any point before it becomes due.
Arrival & Departure Times
Camping and Touring Pitches
- Arrival: 9:00am – 9:00pm
- Departure: By 11:00am
On‑Site Accommodation
- Arrival: 9:00am – 9:00pm
- Departure: By 11:00am
